Vice rotary solenoid

World's smallest vice rotary solenoid with high output, fast response, and ultra-long life.

1. It is a dual-stable type (it rotates left and right simply by changing the direction of current. It is held in place by the retaining force of the permanent magnet even when the current is turned off). 2. It has high output and fast response (the reciprocating operation is performed without using springs, and is done by switching the current, resulting in high output and fast response). 3. The operating angle can be set over a wide range (the operating angle can be freely selected within a range of approximately 90°). 4. There is no axial movement, which reduces impact noise (since there is no axial movement and a stopper is provided externally, measures can be taken to reduce impact noise). 5. It has a long lifespan (it uses ball bearings for the bearings and has no other sliding parts, resulting in a long lifespan). 6. The rotary type "Rotary Solenoid" manufactured and sold by Shin Denko Mechatronics is designed based on the flat structure and principle of our push-pull solenoids. It has a structure that converts linear force into rotational motion, making it an actuator that rotates while undergoing slight axial movement during rotation. The case and armature plate are equipped with three special inclined grooves called ball races, and between them, bearing balls are used. When a direct current voltage is applied to the coil, the suction force generated causes the armature plate to press the bearing balls strongly against the case side, allowing for instantaneous rotational movement at a fixed angle while performing axial movement due to the action of the ball races. 【Features】 ■ A solenoid that provides direct rotational motion. ■ Simple structure with excellent durability. ■ A wide range of models from small to large, allowing for selection suited to various applications. ■ Depending on the model, the rotation angles can be 25°, 35°, 45°, 67.5°, or 95° to the right or left. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
